The results of this examination period can be found in K.U.Loket.
You will be notified by mail of the availability of your results.
To avoid overloading the system, we ask you to wait for the mail confirming that your results are published. The results will be released gradually and randomly at the latest 24 h. after deliberation. The release will be communicated immediately to you through mail at your student email. It is therefore useless to consult your K.U.Loket before you have received this email.
Students who will not be graduating in June can find the examination results in K.U.Loket after the deliberation.
The examination results of the students who will graduate in September will be announced at the proclamation of the 16th September. Afterwards the results will be also available in K.U.Loket.
It is not necessary for students to come to the deliberation, unless they are invited (eg, if fraud is suspected, etc.)
When ?
- in order to avoid overloading the system, the results will no longer be released in bulk at a specific moment in time (ie. no longer in the middle of the night or at any other fixed moment) but will be spread out instead in the hours following the official release time.
- you will receive a mail informing you when your results are available for consultation and the results have been updated in your ISP. It is therefore not worth attempting to consult your results for the current examination period until you have received the mail informing you of their availablility.
- in order to be able to receive the mail it is of utmost importance that your mailbox has not exceeded its limit.
