Article 34 (Composition Examination Committees)
An examination committee is set up for each course of study. Composition:
- for each bachelor's programme
- for each master's programme (Dutch-language and English-language)
- for each post-initial master's programme
- for the specific teacher training programme
- for the postgraduate courses
- for each transitional and preparatory programme (except transitional and preparatory programme Master in tourism) : the composition of the examination committee is conform the examination committee of the bachelor's programme

for the transitional and preparatory programme Master in tourism
The examination ombudsperson is not a member of the examination committee, but does participate in the proceedings in an advisory capacity. S/he also participates in the discussions of the select examination committee.
